Im taking maca root as a supplement and wanted to make sure that its safe for someone with hep C. Thanks

Glad you found out early and just in time for the new treatments.
My best suggestion is to ask your doctor about the Maca you still need to make sure anything you take is approved. That being said I did look around on the web and did find this information

The Maca is not to help with my hep C. Its for other things. Im not being treated at this time. My doctor wants me to see him again at the end of the year to discuss new treatment options. I'm 24 years old and we caught it early.

Are you being treated for hep c? Do you have any liver damage? If either is the case you should discuss this with your doctor before taking any supplement.
If you are thinking of trying maca to help with hep c you should not expect any cure from taking this supplement. If you want to cure your hep c there are new medicines recently approved that can eradicate hep c in a majority of patients. I suggest you look into getting rid of your hep c rather than supplements.
