Congratulations on being UND since week 4...that is a huge success!  As far as your white blood cell count, is the injection that your doctor is giving you Neupogen?  When the white count goes low to a certain point, the options are to reduce the treatment meds (which you don't want to have to do) or add an injection (Neupogen).  If Neupogen is what your doc is giving you, then you are on the right track.  The white count typically goes low during treatment and the treatment meds are cause it.

If you are getting Neupogen, it appears your doc is on top of it.

As long as you take the nuepogen and dont change your dose you will be fine. The nuep is just there to bring you white blood count back and hopefully make you feel better. Smoking wont cause a relapse it just causes all kinds of other issues. Good luck

What should be your routine?  Your routine should be to take your meds as scheduled, avoid alcohol and drugs and follow all of your doctor's advice.
