yeah I agree here, lots of juices are heathy under normal circumstances, but can mess with drugs and with iron loads etc. effects on cyp3A And P450 are being examined a lot these days.

Pomegranate juice inhibits CYP3A activity...same as grapefruit juice. That means that if you happen to be taking any medications that are metabolized by CYP3A, (like some blood pressure medications) the pomegranate juice can cause the levels of those medications to be increased, which can be dangerous.

Thats really funny but as per my info there are commodity Futures/Forwards available in our part of world :) May be he himself like pom juice.
Anyhow apart from juke, is there no scientifically proven research about pom juice effects during TX????
Maybe the doc was invested in pomegranate futures.
I don't know about doctor recommendations but I drink a little pomegranate juice every morning. I've been on TX for 5 weeks and I was undie at week 4. I am not saying the pom juice had anything to do with those results though.
