that me be a little like 68.

Anything MAY do anything.
Anything. Uhhh, does that apply to anyONE too?
Not to be cynical, because I do believe diet is important but watch it when it comes to that word MAY.
Anything MAY do anything.
for all you mice out there eating at macdonald's you might want to check this out. it is from http://www.nature.com/nature/journal/v444/n7117/abs/nature05354.html
At 18 months of age it was apparent that the high-calorie diet greatly
increased the size and weight of livers and that resveratrol prevented
these changes (Fig. 3a–c; see also Supplementary Fig. 4a, b) without
altering plasma lipid levels (Table 1). Histological examination of
liver sections by staining with haematoxylin and eosin or oil red O
revealed a loss of cellular integrity and the accumulation of large lipid
droplets in the livers of the HC(high calorie) but not the HCR group(high calorie plus resveratrol) . Blinded
scoring of the liver sections for overall pathology on a scale of 0–4
(with 4 being the most severe) gave mean values of 1.3 for the SD (control diet)
group, 2.8 for the HC (high calorie)group and 0.8 for the HCR(high calorie plus resveratrol) group (Fig. 3b).
Here is a link to an interesting article on resveratrol. They are finding that this might be one of the best all around supplement that someone can take.

Resveratrol, a compound present in grapes and red wine, has been reported to inhibit the formation of fat, and in vitro studies show that resveratrol could have applications for the treatment of obesity through the suppression of adipogenesis (production of fat).
Stem Cells Could Repair Heart Tissue
Researchers have demonstrated for the first time that injecting adult bone marrow stem cells into skeletal muscle can repair cardiac tissue, reversing heart failure.

Isn't resveratrol the heart-healthy chemical in red wine or is that something else? It would certainly be ironic.
Interesting, I wonder if they did more research on this afterward. I started taking resveratrol a few weeks ago. Am also having moringa and am drinking jiaogulan tea. I feel great, lots of energy.
I wanted to have some good herbal stuff/nutrition AFTER finishing treatment.
I feel a lot od foods can slow the progression, but it will not eliminate it,...its really not what you eat...its what you dont eat( pesticides and perseravitves).
