"Ah, the Vindaloo quick step. I know that dance. "
Isn't it also called Kick the Can, or Jump on the Can? Or maybe it was Queen for the Day? Or was it Fire in the Hole?
Anyway, I'm sure it's the same dance. Practiced globally, over and over, by people who should know better by now.
"a nitro-methane racing rail going down a quarter-mile track in pitch darkness".
Now that's gonna leave one bodacious skidmark.
This is a prety diverse place too. You can start in the south east and have hickory smoked bar-b-que, travel west through Texas and start finding mesquite smoked BBQ and go on to california and they put mesquite chips on small charcoal bricks. You can have it with any kind of sauce you want, just tell them what you want, and enjoy well over a 100 different beers.
It don't need to be more diverse than that.

Guys and Gals
there is more than vindaloo in india, we have so much diversity of cuisine that you can start from one stretch of india to another and you will find totally different styles and ingredients used.
Medically we still depend on researches done in the USA. still using pegasys by Roche and Pegintron from Schering Plough for HCV.

Ah, the Vindaloo quick step. I know that dance. The dosey doe gets me everytime.
Vindaloo, huh? I think you mentioned that dish in either a poo or 'rhoid thread. Kinda forget, they run together. Therein, someone mentioned the vindaloo/poo/rhoid combo in comparison to a nitro-methane racing rail going down a quarter-mile track in pitch darkness.
Thanks Bill. That was real good. Too bad nothing going on really. But a great Idea about him contacting those research facilities. I found out first hand, these places go from one trial to the next. I believe my study cordinator is currently conducting 3 studies. (I asked, Im nosy, i went there for the BMS790052. that window shut, but 2 wks later that same place called about the BMS one that Im in. I believe that would be of great benifit to him... So I pm'ed him and told him to read this thread and your awnser.
But they still serve a helluva a vindaloo!
And damn bad HCV customer service at that!
Yeah, India is just a dot on the map. Isn't that where AEMD (or whatever) is doing the Hemopurifier trial? Apparently, in addition to everything else sent there, we've also outsourced HCV.
Blondie, unfortunately India is the most populous country in the world. I checked clinicaltrials.gov quickly, and they don’t seem to have too much going on there right now. Here’s a page using the search criteria ‘HCV, India’:
http://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/results?term=hcv+india
If you or your friend clicks on the individual trails, then clicks on ‘show study locations’ link, an informational page opens.
Some of the studies listed have been completed; your friend might want to contact some of the hospitals that were involved, and ask if they have more planned in the future. Here is a partial list from an albumin interferon trial that was completed recently:
Dayanand Medical College and Hospital Ludhiana, India, 141001
Jaslok Hospital and Research Centre and Breach Candy Hospital, Mumbai, India, 400 0026
P. D. Hinduja National Hospital and Medical Research Centre Mumbai, India, 400 016
Maulana Azad Medical College and Associated Lok Nayak Hospital New Delhi, India, 110 002
G.B.Pant Hospital New Delhi, India, 110 002
Again, he/she might contact one or more of these facilities and use them for resource towards future trials.
