The first time I treated the hair loss was diffuse, all over, I thought it was bad then, nothing compared to the second time.
The hair loss changes as you treat, don't worry, you are doing fine

I lost hair for months - maybe 6.  Then about week 30 or so it quit falling out.  IT is still straight and has no shape, but I think it is getting thicker.  I am still on tx but only have 3 days to go.

But, Rexx, do not worry yourself that it is some indication that the INF is working.  It probably means that your body has adapted in some way.

Some people lose there hair and some don't lose any. Just depends on your reactions to the meds. God bless

You haven't given any information about your status, but your interferon IS doing what it is suppose to. Just because an sx does not exist or goes away does not mean treatment is not working. I have very, very few sx from interferon or riba (all mine were from incivek), I am UND week 4 and 12. Good luck and don't worry so much. I got that same advice from people on this forum when I was worried the virus was back because of some blood test results I got. They were right, relax :).
