I got test result of Hep C (3.1)

Can someone explain.

I got test result Hep C, 3.1. And the doctors said I am at the border line.

I controlled my diet. Stopped sugar, all kind of meat (chicken, lamb, beef, fish, prawns etc ) and oil, butter, spices, and dairy products (milk, cheese, yogurt) etc.

I only eat fresh fruits, boiled veggies and fresh fruit juices and drinking lots and lots of mineral water.

Please advise, am I going on the right direction. how can I get rid of this virus. etc. etc. I need to join my husband in middleast and they dont stamp visa, if your test result shows over 1.0.

Can someone explain me, how long does it take. pllllleaaseeee. I miss my husband sooo much.

Maybe you should get a copy of your labs and post them.  I don't know what borderline is.

Are you sure you tested for Hep C???  You don't get rid of the virus by diet.
