Alcohol is the main thing to avoid as it seems to encourage replication of HCV.

Your liver is a filter, everything you ingest and even breath is processed through your liver.
The healthiest approach therefore is to eat as organically grown, nutritional food as possible, and to avoid inhaling toxins.
Exercise helps clear the body of toxins
.
Really, with a liver as healthy as yours, its simply a matter of common sense.

I was dx 10 years ago so have been living with Hep C for 30 some. I am a triathlete, work out 5 x week, eat Paleo when I can and I believe this has helped, not hurt my situation, I do not drink or smoke, if you do drink, I would stop, I am waiting for the new tx, I am geno type 1, have never treated so this makes me a candidate for the new tx.  hang in there and stay as healthy as you can

Your profile says your biopsy is Stage 1 Grade 1. This is minimal liver damage. You probably have decades before you are stage 3 and 4 when you will need to modify your diet.
There are no foods and beverages you need to avoid.
Of course it is common sense that you want to have a healthy lifestyle with good food and exercise as it will keep you healthier all around.

You only need to do is take the precautions everyone else in the population needs to do to avoid damaging the liver.

You should get vaccinated against hep A & B.
Alcohol
# If you drink alcohol in heavy amounts for a long duration of time, you may experience liver damage, including cancer or liver failure.
Toxic Mushrooms
# Mistakenly eating the toxic mushroom, aptly called "deathcap" or amanita mushrooms, produces a toxic substance that causes rapid liver damage and sometimes death.
Herbs
# If you take certain herbs, including cascara, chaparral, kava or ma-huang, you may develop liver damage, especially if you use them at the same time as certain medications.
Medications
# If you take medications such as cholesterol-lowering drugs, aspirin, ibuprofen or antibiotics, you may develop liver damage as a result.
Hormones
# Using synthetic hormones, including anabolic steroids, may cause you to develop inflammation that damages your liver.
Poisons
# Poisonous chemicals that you may come into contact with, such as carbon tetrachloride, trichloroethylene and paraquat, can cause liver damage if you are exposed.
