Good suggestion on the *mint* floss. I was able to reuse it with very little discernible after taste -- but next time I'm gon'a try giving a cool water rinse when I switch from then lower cheeks to the upper.
I have cried laughing and am going to save this thread forEVER to remind me of this site and the beautiful rapport that goes on here.
I would have thought that all that wrote were tx'g at the time, but alas, no..... it is just the quirky nature of tx'ers, heppers, and ex-tx'rs in one bountiful terrific thread. AND when you read through, it's almost as if each of us was talking to ourselves rather than each other.
Priceless; I love you all :-).
I think someone is pulling more than your oil here..
rocker you slay me...always good for a laugh!!!

lol..... throught should have spelled .... throat....
you lucky chick.... you got the real thing
I just found out that the garden store has stevia.....gonna plant some tomorrow. Might have to get oregano, too....
oregano oil is the bomb... you can also drink it as a tea and it will help your throught right away
Sometimes in life its the simple things that pack the punch...i first did not believe simple wild oregeno would take my flu away wthin hours...and i wont go into the stem cell therapies...foods and drugs are the same thing....why do you think its caleed the 'FOOD AND DRUG" ACT.....the FDA
~~~sip, suck and pull thru the teeth for twenty minutes......
All that and hemmies, too.....I love it!
Best laugh of the day...Thanks =)
LOL.... I was kind of thinking in those lines.... Usually they do it with some kind of surgical rubber band ....
Thx for the article worth looking into in my opinion.
Especially since there seems to be no profit for the writers involved.
God is eternal (He who was and is and shall come) and so is his Kingdom and I am starting to belive that maybe the leaves that can cure all sickness already are available.
Tomato (lycopene) for instance could be one I eat tomato soap with carlic every day I dollar gives me soap for three days.
I`m gonna look into this further.
Oil pulling? News to me. Better check to see if **** Cheney is behind this.
Use mint dental floss to tie around the roids until the blood supply to roid is cut off and it falls off. The mint will help sooth the extremely painful burning sensation as a result of this use of floss. Then apply wd40 to minimize formation of scar tissue where roid once was.
"waxing salon gave me 30% off that month " ...dang, here I thought they were giving me a discount because I had less hair due to the riba...now I find out it was cause of the DIY action on the duct tape! I feel so robbed! ;-)
I personally prefer the dental floss with mint... Don't know how it works on the 'roids' though....
Thanks for the tips. I can sure see how the slipperies could help with the 'roids, especially on those sweltery days.....
I can tell ya this, the duct tape and the 'roids ain't good bed fellows. The tape holds them up in place pretty good, but sooner or later it's gotta come off, ya know? The only positive was my gal at the waxing salon gave me 30% off that month (I don't think she much cares for negotiating around the 'roids - she was happy to see a little DIY activity).
I just spray some wd40 on my dental floss and the dental floss glides through my teeth. Heard wd40 works for hemroids too. Not sure if it works on piles bit isn't wd40 kind of like duct tape? good for what ails ya' . ;-)
Mike: Congrats on making the connection with hemmies and piles. I missed it - must be an age thing :) I bet you know what a carbunkle is too?
Actually on piles, my grandfather used to take an overweight pediatrician fishing with us in a Boston Whaler - a boat known to go over waves rather than through. On every big bounce Ol' Doc Joe would say "Ooooooch.... That was a real pile driver...."
Funny portann :)
FLdude - I think they call that feltching in Florida.
Goofy: "Wonder if it would cure hemorrhoids, and where you put the oil to make that work?"
I'm not sure about the answer to that but as follow-up, Rocker pointed out in his opening post:
"Just use normal tap water and good old fingers to clean."
Included in the list of cured diseases - "Piles-27 cases ".
It doesn't mention anything regarding treatment protocol - where the oil goes - but I wondered the same thing. My interest was triggered when I saw the term "piles". I can't recall that term ever being used in a "medical" context. In fact I can't recall that term used in any context for at least a couple of decades. I think that might say something about their target audience.
Mike
Maybe it would work for hemorrhoids. Although the mixing with saliva and the requisite swishing could be problematic. As to the spitting...
Have I ever heard of oil pulling? Let's just say I'm a vibrant and virile male, living alone for the past two years....
Slightly off topic but it may be worthwhile dropping this link here. Its a warning about mouthwashes. I would also think that for anyone with advanced liver staging putting alcohol in ones mouth and letting it soak may be ill advised.
No clue on the "oil washing" Rocker, but it reminds me of how mayonaise is made; put water and oil in a blender and *let it rip*. The fact that the oil seems to change in color would not signify that any detoxification has taken place. Actually, if there are no toxins present you may have a "natural and homemade" *near mayo*. Add some salt and a wee bit of lemon and it might be good with tuna, lettuce and wheat bread. It's what's for dinner. ; )
Interesting topic.... but for me I would be most careful of what we put into our body and less interested in how to get it out. ; )
LOL; that advice is SO good that I should follow it. : )
best,
Willy
Thanks portann, nice to be missed. I'm still around .. just posting less.
I know you were serious...but I wasn't. :)
Hope you're hanging in there okay, I think of you often.
