Stressed, do I have herpes?

Hi all
On a Thursday night I had unprotected vaginal and received unprotected oral.
Next day I had a brownish bump on penis head that disappeared within 2 days. The bump was not painful didn’t scab or scar and was softish I guess.

My penis head however was sensitive for the next few days which caused me an extreme amount of anxiety/stress leading me to headaches and sweat (it was also hotttest week of year). No painful urination or back pain etc.

I actually thought all was fine so I masturbated on that Wednesday morning, which led to pain that day in my genitals but it quickly went away.

Also the irritation feeling I had wasn’t there when I wasn’t wearing my work pants, essentially went away when I was relaxing home (maybe some slight irritation).

Also My lips tingled about 9 days post exposure and I ended up w chapped lips no lesions or anything.

About 19 days post exposure I had a red rash in between the fat of my ‘fupa’ and leg. I actually shaved my scrotum (haven’t done in a while) which led to irritation for a day which is maybe why I noticed the red rash irritation but I couldn’t see any bumps.

I had igg tests 12 days post and were Negative.

Just very worried. Please let me know what you all think.

Thanks
