? on going outbreaks

I was diagnosied back I  nov 2012. Via swab culture with hsv2. I to the best of my knowledge was diagnosed during my first outbreak. Since then I have never felt right in my peri area and over the last month or two have been suffering with what appears to be either acne on my bum a few bumps by rectum and some down inner part of leg OR an ob. I would say they look more pimple like but haven't noticed fluid filed ulcers. More so white heads. Again on going. They come and go.... so this brings me to a few questions...
1. My partner is negative for hsv. They say to avoid sex if I feel anything going on in my peri area or during ob. But if I always feel off and uncomfotable how do I know whe  to avoid this?  I have been tested almost monthly for bactiria and yeast. I'm clead there.
2. This bumps (I'm assuming ill need to be seen by my dr for a visual diagnosis) are in places that cause great discomfort when sitting. I have anti vials at home. Being this problem has been on going. New bumps and locatio s almost every few days. Should I just take the antivials and see if they help.??  I was hopingy body would have been able to fight it off without them.

If I do take my antivials.... it wouldn't start an ob would it??

if your regular doctor/gyn is stumped, see a dermatologist. these don't sound like herpes related symptoms at all.  I agree that a shaving rash/folliculitis could be the cause but also many other things that need ruled out too.

once you get your genital area cleared up, your sex life will perk up again :)

Do you shave? I get ingrown hairs a lot that hurt really badly. Also the medication your on (if your taking it) could be causing some upset down there. Talk to your doctor but stress, shaving and sweating will cause you to break out more with zits and boils. Try going without underwear to and see if that helps.

With regards to ob and boyfriend. This is a new relationship. He's supportive and understanding. I use to be a very sexual lover. I enjoyed sex and my libido was excellent. I've noticed now  anxiety and fear have taken my libido away. My boyfriend assures me I'm beautiful and sexy but I just can't see me that way..... do you have any tips on getting my adventure for sex back?? I always feel contagious because I always feel off?? Does that make sense.
