Herpes or Strep B

I got diagnosed with herpes through a kosher last week after a trip to plan parenthood then I went to the emergency room because the pain had become too severe to manage I then got results from them saying I have strep b. Now I'm having another outbreak of painful pussing bumps but this time on my buttocks, that is just like the outbreak I had on my vagina when I was diagnosed, could this all be symptoms of the strep b? Or is it more than likely that I do indeed have herpes? I do plan on seeing a GYN asap but the itchiness and the pain of this outbreak has pushed me to ask my questions immediately.

They did a swab of it like you said but I still want to do the blood test

Hi, strep b symptoms are urinary track infections, fever and respirtory infections and your puss breakouts would not be consistant with strep b. To diagnose both strep b and herpes, the best way is a swab of the sore and with herpes it would need to be taken within 48 hours after they appear.
What tests did they do to confirm you have herpes?
