2 sores or bumps ..help?

i asked from this post...went to a doctor , he and another doctor said its not herpes..and the spots on my penis head went away they just look darken color no discharge still ..but it wass very hot last night then when i woke up this morning i saw a flaky bump and a red bump looks a little raised and its very red..no itchyniess..no discharge..doesnt hurt when im errected...when touched they do not hurt.. this appeared today didnt see them last night or last week .. need some anwseres here..

I just wanna know what is this bump it's like pink and raised like first it was flat square then now it's raised with color pink and a bit red Oval
