APPLE CIDER VINEGAR HELP PLEASE
I haven't got a herpes simplex 1 outbreak in many years but I started to feel a tingle sensation on my lip so I had apple cider vinegar so I put some on a paper towel without diluting apple cider vinegar and left it there for about 5 minutes and now my lip swelled up and it seems like the apple cider vinegar made it worse. It still hasn't broke out the skin yet. What should I do?
