Advice about hsv 2 please

I've had genital herpes hsv 2 for around 3 yrs..1st ob was bad, ulcers on foreskin for 3 weeks plus not healing until I was diagnosed and started on acyclovir, which then took care of it by 1 week of treatment
3 months ago, I've started on methotrexate to treat my sarcoidosis and about 2 month into treatment, Ob started as I noticed an ulcer at the inner part of my pee hole(urethra) I started acyclovir around day 4-5 post ob and now it's been 5 weeks since it started and it's not healing..I'm on acyclovir 400mgx3 times a day for 4 weeks plus now..still no signs of healing..I've stopped my methotrexate 2 weeks ago(3 weeks into the ob) in view that it may be hampering the recovery but still it's still there..visited a Gum clinic a week ago and the doc told me to continue acyclovir for another month

My concern is it's been 5 weeks and despite being on treatment and it's not healing
Ive also started taking lysine 3400mg per day since the last one week
Please help me

At the same part of the inner part of tip of penis opening

I'm getting depressed here I wish anyone els with any information or experience of a similar or long healing outbreak can shed any light to me will be deeply appreciated

It will heal one day. Through reading I've heard that tea tree oil, diluted hydrogen peroxide, and oil of oregano are good to apply to Ulcers to help them heal (they sting at first).

Try to treat it from the inside (medicine, diet, exercise to improve immune system) and outside (ointments, creams, oils, etc).

I'm not familiar with sarcoidosis. Truthfully, I am herpes negative. I tested 30 days after a possible exposure. Not feeling completely in the "clear" I've just been researching. There are a lot of topical home remedies to treat the outbreak itself, but I cannot speak on the effectiveness or adverse reactions as I haven't had any. I seem to read a lot people taking lysine in addition to what they were prescribed.

I have sarcoidosis thus was on methotrexate.. but I've already stopped it 2 weeks ago because I was afraid of this slow healing on.. the gum clinic did not ask me to test for any other std.. since I have hsv2 already they just treating it as an outbreak.. now it's 5 weeks plus already and Its still there...

I feel so lost and soo low in mood because of this non healing ob... I hope someone can shed some light on me.. would really mean the he world right now for me

I'd suggest a balanced healthy diet and adding a multivitamin to your routine. Have you tested for any additional STD/STI's that could be weakening your immune system? Are there any additional conditions you may have?
