I hope you will help me.  I am lost.  I am from Mauritius (Indian Ocean), male, 21 years old.

I was abused by my uncle twice when I was younger.  Life has been harsh for me and I tested, re tested and re tested for all possible STDs for years.  All came back negative when I was 19 years old.  I got confirmation that I have no ORAL or GENITAL HERPES (HSV 1 and HSV2).

I made a mistake yesterday.  After a few drinks and to release my exams stress, I went to see some CSW here in Mauritius itself.  I was with two girls (26 and 27 years old).  I did the following:

They were naked.  I removed their clothes. We all wore latex gloves.  I wore a condom as soon as my penis was out.  I had my boxers on and my penis was out through the opening in it.  I sucked the breasts of both girls and the neck of one of them.  I also fingered them with my latex gloves.  I had angular cheilitis at the corner of my lips due to trauma from crunchy food.  They fingered their vaginas before touching my body.   They also sucked my fingers.

They both performed oral sex on me with condom on for 30 minutes or so.  One of the girl did deep-throat for some time on me.  I fear her lips touched the base of my shaft which was uncovered by the condom.  Also I rubbed my condom covered penis in between their breasts (boobjob).  Twice the condom had moved a bit and I used my hands to adjust it.  I never touched the tip of my penis and it was always covered.

After oral sex, they finished with a hand job.  My scrotum was never out here, Just the penis.  I removed my gloves, then removed the condom and filled it with water to test it. There was no leakage.

I do not know if they have herpes 1 or 2.

My Questions:

1) What is my risk for Genital Herpes from the protected oral sex if the lips of the girls touched the base on shaft which was not covered by the condom?

2) What is my risk for ORAL HERPES (HSV1) from sucking their breasts (no nipple sucking) and neck with my injured corner of lips?  I did not kiss their lips or nipples.  Just the area on the breasts.  I did not perform oral sex on them.

3) Should I be checking my genitals for symptoms and test anything?

Please help me.  I was free from herpes and I want to keep it that way;(

I am mostly reassured for genital herpes.  Just confirm the oral herpes if the injury on corner of mouth changes anything.  I had NOT kissed any of them them of the lips. A possible peck on the cheek but no kiss on lips.  Just breast and neck sucking and perhaps a little peck on cheeks.

I had angular cheillitis actually from eating crunhchy foods that cut the left corner of my lips badly and kept re opening daily when yawning or eating.  Does this injury change anything in my risk grace?

Thank God! I'm free from oral and genital herpes since I was at NO Risk!! Thanks to you and your answer dear grace.  I will lead a happy life now., and sure to pass my tough bar exams.

No I didnt kiss their lips or face at all.  But I did kiss their neck n breast.  I sucked thejrbneck and breast.  Sorry for the language.  Will that be a risk for oral herpes??

Thank you for reasuring me about genital herpes.  I was afraid of genital herpes but it was protected oral sex and the  lips borders of the girl had touched pubic area skin few times.  It was the maximum she was doing and just her lower lip had touched bit! I'm sure to b safe from your answer now!!!  Just some damn fever n flu;(

oral herpes is transmitted through kissing. did you kiss either of them?

There was no penetration btw. Perhaps condom protected penis touched her vagina, and her lips touch pubic skin a bit.  

So I should not expect any symptom also and NO risk at all?

And no risk for ORAL herpes Hsv1 also? (from boobs n neck suck)

we recommend protected sexual contact because it works! there is no reason to think you contracted a std from this encounter and no reason for any testing.

Condom slipped halfway when doing boobjob.  Not when oral sex. It was intact during oral.  My penis head was never exposed In any case.  I am uncircumcised.

It was a trainee 3rd student of medicine who I talked to.. Not a real doctor.  She did not know much in this subject..  I forgot to mention that condom had half slipped and I adjusted it using the fingers I used in fingering the girls.  I had their fluids on my latex gloves fingers.

I got fever today. High fever and am really panicked.  I know it's no risk for HIV n other stds but I want to know about oral n genital herpes

I called a doctor and she said not a risk if penis head was covered.  I am worried if the bit of her lips touched my skin on shaft.  I had a painful red hair follicle there on the place where penis meets pubic area.  I am also afraid of Oral Herpes.

Advise me what to do please.  I cannot break my parents dream.  They are all I got.  I love them.

I confirm I have no oral or genital herpes.  I never even kissed a girl and did not kiss the CSWs also.  I fear to touch my little nephews and play with them since I fear I may infect them.  I am getting anxiety attacks since yesterday.

Tell me if there was even the smallest risk.  I had seen no visible sores on the lips of the girls but I did investigate inside their mouth and all.
