Is it possible to have a herpes outbreak without sores?

6 days ago I have a risky encounter with an anfrican woman. I recieved brief oral (5 seconds), fingered her, and we rubbed genitals for about 30secs- 1 minute, i was not erect but penis made contact with her vagina and fluids fir sure. From day 2-3 post exposure i have had swollen lymph nodes in groin, and difficulty passing urine, day 4 my neck glands were up, and days 5 and 6 ive had night sweats. My first thought was HIV which i guess is possible, but was told the symptoms are a bit early. What else could it be? Can it be heroes even without an obvious itch or sore? Really stressing out so any thoughts would be appreciated!

It's definitely not hiv. You would have lesions with a primary herpes outbreak. I would get a urine test for bacterial std's.
