Are there any tests to see how long ago I caught herpes?
I know this sounds strange, but I have been "uncomfortable" in the same area as my breakout for many years. I also recall my (now ex) husband having a sore on him and I joked about it at the time about being an STD from his "girlfriend". Now that I have had a breakout, I'm seriously wondering if I have had it for this long and not even known. And if I need to tell the couple guys I've slept with from before my breakout...?
Hi fistly you need to test for herpes to confirm you have it as wht your describing doesnot indicate herpes out break as a herpes breakout in the genital area is not just uncomfortable but very painful blisters.
