Blackhead or Herpes
About 4 days after kissing a girl I spotted a black dot on my upper lip. A few days later, another black dot developed about 1/2 an inch away. They look similar to blackheads I have had on my nose in the past, however I do experience some tingling in my lip area.
That was about three weeks ago. Now, on the edge of my lower lip I have a white dot; it looks basically like a white head, with no red spots around it.
Are any of these areas consistent with herpes or just some acne on my lip area??

Tingling is before the sores show up. You need to be seen by your provider for a proper work up.
