Bumps on penis

I haven't had sex for about 4 months and just recently found these on my shaft.

I had a tendency of popping things that looked like they needed popping and also shaved in that area. I'm not sure if this is something that could be caused by that.

They don't hurt and nothing comes out.

Any idea what they can be. I'm looking to schedule an appointment soon.

That's what I was thinking, but they haven't gotten any worse--only better. I'm going to a doctor on Monday, so I'm hoping i'll have a definitive answer by then. Thanks.

Hi, these would not appear herpes related at all. Herpes sores for the most part hurt when in the genital area as are blister type sores. Also for new infection they would appear about 3 to 4 days after exposure not 4 months as that would be for someone who already has herpes and is called a recurrent outbreak.
