Can I have sex with person who gave me herpes after my first outbreak?

I am currently in the midst of my first herpes outbreak and got it from someone who has never had an outbreak. Can I continue having sex with them after my outbreak is over or can I somehow stimulate them to have an outbreak?

If it's genital herpes and you indeed tested positive with confirmed results. Then you would have to be on proper medication to have "less outbreaks" moving forward. From what I was told from my doctor is that you can have an outbreak due to stress, anxiety or a panic attack. Sometimes people even feel the flare up coming before you have an outbreak. Taking the proper medication for genital herpes will make these events less complicated.
