Can someone help me interpret my HSV 1 test?

Hello my case seems really complicated. On 2/9/18 I was diagnosed with bv that I think I had had since September. I received the proper antibiotics and was tested for all other STDS which came back negative. The same day I also had a new sex partner in which we only had unprotected sex that one day. A week into my antibiotics I started to feel what was a yeast infection coming on. A week later I did three over the counter treatments to try and rid it and the itching and burning perused. After four weeks from the original day of sex I went into the doctor for a prescription for the yeast. The very next morning I woke up and my vagina was on fire! I had to sit in ice packs and felt like throwing up. It felt like chlymidia. Went back in to be tested for std and came back negative again. Went for a blood test on 3/15/18. That came back positive igg hsv1 high 36.10. Went in after the blood draw to look for lesions and they couldn’t find anything, the doctor described my vagina as beautiful tissue. Still having burning and discomfort. What do you guys think? No known cold sores on face. Could it be HSV from my partner on 2/9 that started the itching and burning a week later? Could I still have burning today 3/21 from a potential exposure on 2/9 that seems awfully long even for an outbreak?

Hi I had a blood test after 26 days and it came> 1:3200.. it’s probably 32... not sure if it’s hsv1 or hsv2.. no blisters as well.. wonder if this could be false positive.. doctor says value is high and false positive is less likely

Hi itching and burning is not really a genital herpes symptom its more that blisters develop followed by flu like symptoms. also one month is not long enough time for a high positive to develop as needs like 3 months to show adiquate antibodies so it would appear you have oral hsv1 from childhood.

Thanks for your response Dave! My daughter did have what I believed as influenza in the middle of all of this, I was high dosing myself on vitamin c and got mild symptoms so i cannot tell if this were a first time outbreak or I had what she had.
