Can this be herpes?

Hello all, 2 weeks ago I had protected sex with a female, only vaginal, no oral. Today I was showering and noticed a tiny little red dot in my foreskin. I've felt minor irritation in the rate, but didn't pay too much attention. I further inspected this red dot looking pimple, but it's so tiny I can't make out what it is. I touched it, went over it with my nail, no real pain. Now, it is over the skin, so that concerns me now. Does this sounds like herpes or anything I should sorry about?
Thanks
