Possible genital herpes?
Hi, I’m very scared that I might have herpes.
Im a female(btw)
I had an encounter with another woman (about 4 weeks ago) which just included light kissing and touching in the genital area. I got scratched around my thigh in a couple places being close to my vaginal opening area and by the top area. Some dry humping proceeded after that. I did have on underwear as she did too. Is there anyway I could’ve got anything? I’ve had some symptoms like some ongoing burning and irritation in my area. i keep checking myself and today I found what looked like a growth lump inside my vagina and it freaked me out. I may add that I did have burning sensation in my anus and I did use a hemroid creme for some relief, which dried out the area so after a couple days of using it I applied Vaseline in that area. So I’m not sure which is irritating my area. it’s not really that painful it’s more of an aching pain on and off which is uncomfortable.

Hi the under wear would act as a barrier so you would not get it from what you describe.

Update: I was so paranoid and I took a test at 6 weeks.
