Is it herpes or anxiety?

Ok so im a male who recieved unprotected oral from a female with no active sores on her mouth. I experienced some itchiness in the tip of my urethra but it was very minor and only happens like 1-3 times a night. I have no burning or tingling in urination. I also developed a tiny pink blemish on the shaft of my penis. It seems to be faded in the morning and gets brighter as the day goes on. The blemish also does not itch or hurt at all and flat. I went to the dr. To get tested.  I tested negative for everything except hsv 1. She didnt believe it was herpes but just some trauma from the oral. But the spot has been there just over a week. Its never scabbed or leaked any fluid. I tested about 2 1/2 weeks after said incident. So my questions are:
1. Could i have tested positive so soon or was it from awhile ago? My doctor said it was from a while ago and nothing acute popped up. Also when she gave me the result she said positive for mouth herpes not the herpes on the genitals.

2. Since there was no noticeable blistering such as bubbles or fluid coming from it. Definitely no scabbing, is it possible there is no herpes on my genitals?
Ive had a ton of anxiety about it because i dont want to spread anything.
Thank you

Also sometimes the blemish fades and you hardly notice it at all and seems like after a shower or something its more pinkish again. Not sure if that has any effect. Again there has been no pain and no ulcerating.
