Concerns

Hi, In June I had protected oral with an off duty nightclub hostess who I know has had many partners. We engaged in 69 for 10 mins or so and I cannot remember if my condom remained on at the end. I asked her and she said it was but I was drunk so who knows.
The next day I had a tingling in my lips, my lips swelled over the coming weeks but I never got a sore. I did get some small ulcers on the front of my Tongue and some sores inside my nose. My Tongue also swelled this week. I would hate to have HSV in my face, what is the risk for this and the long term complication. I have young children.

I'd follow up with a dermatologist for the oral symptoms.

odds are your genital issues are fungal and probably just irritation. have they done a prostate check at all?

Yes I have met a doctor but he said he could see nothing to swab or test, I still have tingles.

I would also like to run something by you,  have recurrent itch in my buttocks and the tip of my penis has been irritated also with two small red patches, raidsed pink / redder areas about 2/3mm accross. I put some thrush cream on them and they went however I still have daily discomfort in my Urthera. This is going on since the encounter, I have had no noticable blisters or ulcers.

Is this something to be concerned about after this amount of time.. I think I may have Chronic Pelvic Pain syndrome as I always have sensations after sex.

were you seen at all yet for this?  it's not likely you'd be having symptoms of oral herpes this long, especially not oral hsv2 which rarely reoccurs.
