false positives are an issue with the blood testing, not  cultures hence my advice to follow up on this more.

Its likely I don't have it the doc did every thing on me and whe the one who told me false results I didn't take the meds so its more likely I don't have it I went to a doc and I will keep a eye on further results like both of the docs I went to go see for second opinion they both said I never heard of some people doing urine test for that all the other place was suppose to do was give me a pergo test with the urine both came up negative and negative but I will be waiting to see if there are problems in there near furture but not right now I don't see any proablems with me but thanks

I really don't think you have the final answers yet to be honest.

a lesion culture done genitally without any symptoms isn't likely to come back as +.

A newly acquired herpes infection can take a few weeks/months to show up in the blood tests as well as the blood tests aren't as good at detecting hsv1 as they are hsv2.

A + pcr on urine means it's pretty likely you really do have it.   did you ever follow up to see if it was pcr on urine they did?

as I said, they can do pcr on urine. it's not a good way to test because it usually comes back negative but if they did pcr on urine and it was hsv1+ then indeed you do have hsv1 genitally.    the only other way to test urine is a viral culture on it but odds are they didn't do that but ask if they did.

If all your boyfriends had an IgG blood test done then you didn't get HSV from him.  The swab he did would have to have been of a herpes sore that was present for no more then 48 hours to help with getting the best swab done.

Have you had a herpes type specfic IgG blood test?

I have removed your 2 other posts on this forum.  please read our read before posting post as to the rules of posting on this forum. don't keep making new posts over and over again and please have patience while waiting for replies.

you need to ask what testing was done on your urine for herpes.  You can actually test for herpes in urine but you have to do pcr on it which most providers aren't doing and you also have to have an active lesion present which you did have. it's not a good way to test but call and make sure it was urine testing that was + and not other testing.

how was your  bf tested for herpes?  can he recall ever having had a cold sore ever?
