Could I have HSV 1 or HSV 2?

Two weeks ago, a guy performed oral sex on me and I performed it on him. Before this, I was completely fine; however, the following day, a small bump appeared on the inside of my lower lip. It went away within three days, but once that went away, fordyce spots appeared on my upper lip. A week later, my throat started feeling sore and a small red bump appeared in the back of my throat (looks like this, but it's just one small one: http://www.beautyclue.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/08/whites-spots.png). Somewhat of a white coating appeared in the back of my tongue, as well as raised bumps in that area. I was also coughing and it was green phlegm. Whenever I blew my nose, it would also be green. I asked him if he could possibly have an STD and he said he was clean. I still freaked out and immediately ordered an STD test bundle. I went ahead and got tested a week and three days after the encounter. I also went to the doctor that same day. The doctor took a look at my throat and said it seemed like a regular throat infection and not an STD, so he prescribed antibiotics to me which he said would cover any infection or STD if there were to be any. My test results came back and were all negative, even HSV 2. The only one I didn't test for was HSV 1. However, I know one week and a couple of days is too early to test the blood for either of those. I have been taking my antibiotics for around 5 days now - he prescribed them for 10 days, and I see no change in the back of my throat. I read that an STD in the throat won't appear in a blood or urine test, which is how I got tested. Could it be an STD in the throat, which would need to get swabbed? I would think that could be a possibility, but wouldn't have antibiotics made a difference by now? Or could it be HSV 1 or 2? My genitals seem to be fine. I don't know what to do. What should I get tested for? I want this to go away already since it's really messing with me emotionally. I can't do anything without thinking I'm infected. I always tried to abstain from being sexually active due to reasons like these and the time I decide to go for it, this happens to me.

Your symptoms came on way too early to be herpes. Herpes has at least a 2 day incubation period. I think it is far far more likely you got a bacterial infection and need a longer duration of antibiotics to clear it up. You may want to see an ENT instead of a GP.

In addition, you may already be infected with hsv1 and not know it. At least 50% of people between the ages of 14-49 are infected and most of them do not know it because they do not experience recurring outbreaks.

So you don't think the fordyce spots are linked to herpes? I heard they're harmless, but the fact that they randomly appeared a few days after the oral took place scares me. I also heard some STD's start off looking like that.

I'm not sure if the bacterial infection is still there, which is what worries me. I'll wake up with very little green phlegm and it'll go away a bit later. When I blow my nose, it is sometimes clear or sometimes it'll have a little bit of green. I'll go ahead and look into ENTs in my area, though! Thank you for the recommendation.
No, I do not think they are linked to herpes. I am doubtful they are even linked to your encounter.
I'm scared it could be HPV in the throat. Is that a possibility?
