Could I have gotten herpes?

I was a virgin up till last weekend. I had unprotected oral sex for about half an hour. I also had unprotected vaginal sex for about 10 seconds and unprotected anal sex for about 30 seconds. The next morning near the tip of my penis was swollen and somewhat painful. She was rough with the oral. I developed a rough ledge like sore and another small 1cm sore in the area between the penis and the head. I cant remember if this came about the very next day or about two days later. She has had two sexual partners before me. One a long term boyfriend, the other a one night stand about three weeks before me. Her one night stand was an African American she had just met and they did not use protection. I didn't find this out till after. I had been saving my virginity for marriage and made a poor choice after drinking too much and feeling down about a breakup. I have been incredibly stressed that I may have contacted herpes or another disease that can't be fixed with a quick treatment. About a week later the sore I was feeling has gone down but not gone away. I also experienced flu like symptoms. Sore back, sore legs, feeling warm. I did however drink a lot this week because of the stress and haven't been eating much. I have also been only sleeping three to five hours a night due to stress? What are the realistic chances I got hiv or herpes from this encounter? I'm mostly stressed about it because I know I need to wait several months now for accurate test and that these diseases are irreversible.

Ugh race has nothing to do with it I honestly don't know why you mentioned that.....but anyways it could be just friction blisters because herpes doesn't show that quickly and the burning is maybe your urine touching the sores............all depends on how long these blisters last

And another thing they are viruses .........
I've read African americans have higher rates of affection. The sores so far have been there for about 7 days but have decreased in size. They don't hurt unless I rub on them/try to masturbate. I haven't had any pain during urination. The bumps almost seem to be under the skin rather than on top of the skin. They haven't changed in color at all.
CDC says the incubation period on average is 4-7 days on a 2-12 day scale. If you have any sores, you need to have them cultured. A blood test will not show a positive result in a recent infection. The antibodies take 12-16 weeks to show up in the blood.
The sores went away before I had a chance to get them tested. If they come back up I will get them tested but as of now it sounds like ill have to wait till the three month period to get the blood test.
They just kind of got smaller until they pretty much went away. Didn't really change in appearance. Never hurt unless I messed with it. It seemed more like a ledge like bump maybe caused by her teeth. It was red got smaller over the course of the week and now is pretty much gone. It never leaked any fluid or seemed to be filled with fluid it was a pretty hard bump that not blistered or opened up or scared in anyway.
