need some help please

i had protected sex with a female but i was given uprotected oral for 10 to 15 seconds.  We also kissed for quite a while.  The next day i noticed redness starting from the tip of my penis to the back of the head.  It does not burn when urinating but has some slight irritation.  I went to a clinic did test for clamydia syfillis negative.  I askd if it is herpes doctor does not think so.  i was given canestan have used it it has not gone away.  I also felt swelling in groin and burning from testicles to my anus.  It is irritated at the tip becomes more red after a shower.  there are not white spots with pus more red rash looking.  what should i do.  i also been urinating more frequent and there is a odour.  it has been 35 days since
