could this be herpes

had oral sex unprotected twice ,once 25 days ago and second time 5 days ago.No lesions to report of but terrible burning in my spine near the l4 disc The burning has been going on for 3 straight days could this be a sign of herpes or just another disc issue im a male and have no burning in my penis or testicles just my blower back

sore throats are not signs of genital herpes. sounds like perhaps you've caught an upper respiratory infection as is very common this time of the year.

that is a possility but im also having chills and a quesey stomach but still no lesions i feel almost flulike with chills and sore throat

you have a history of ongoing issues. no reason to think this is herpes causing your current symptoms. follow up properly with your provider.

we recommend protected oral sex because it's about as safe as it gets. If you make sure to only have protected oral, it'll save you a lot of worrying!
