Could this be a symptom of hsv?

I had sex with my so about a month ago for the first time, we used a condom, but it slipped off for a few thrusts before I realized it came off. I have since gotten tested for several stds, and I ended up getting hpv. The doctor gave me aldara, and I've been using it since Wednesday. I know aldara can cause a burning sensation, but the warts are very small and on the upper part of my shaft, and the sensation is on other parts of my crotch as well, including my urithra.

Would just a mild itchy and burning sensation be considered a symptom of hsv?

if you need help with your herpes test results, just post them here- e.g. hsv1 igg .49 and hsv2 igg 6.9 or whatever they are :)
