Could this be herpes?

I am going to give as much information regarding my situation as possible to get the best possible advise from others, if you want to skip the story then just skip past the next section to the last section.

It started 2 days after I had sex with a girl, ive had unprotected sex with her about 5-7 times previously about once every couple of weeks. this particular time i chose to use a condom. Right before she came over I shaved and every time i shave I usually get a slight irritation on the bottom left part of my shaft where it is connecting with scrotum. about two days after having sex with her, that exact spot started itching really bad....i couldnt help but scratch it and scratch it. about 30 minutes later i masturbated, used saliva, the whole nine, then took a shower. after i got out of the shower i noticed there were a lot of red marks on and around my penis, mostly on the shaft, one or two on the head.. they werent raised bumps. This started to fade away but there was skin breaking where my shaft connects to my head, so right underneath the head there were about 3 places where skin was broken and it needed to scab and heal. a couple days in, there started to get more bumps, mostly around the inner upper thighs and pubic region.. the resemble the look of a mosquito bite...one that really weirded me out was on my right upper thigh that filled with a white substance (like a pimple would) and then it leaked or something and whatever leaked out of it caused a rash. You can tell the rash on the skin was the path that the liquid followed down my leg. the bump faded and the rash faded... bumps only come around the penis when there is some sort of friction..around this time is when i noticed my lymph nodes in my groin area were swollen, this lasted like 2 days and wasn't  very severe at all.. i know this is a major sign of herpes =[ =[ .... i also looked into it and noticed that any type of skin infection in the lower region of your body could cause your lymph nodes to swell so it might not necessarily be herpes..

WHAT MY SYMPTOMS ARE LIKE TODAY: the symptoms i am having today are about 2-3 weeks after i have originally had sex with that girl. What i am looking at now is those red mosquito like bumps are showing up sporadically  around my thigh (i have seen them even as low as my knee...or up to near my belly button) all of these bumps do the same thing after they show up... They itch for a day...then the itching goes away and the bump fades away. about 1 new bump shows up daily and takes about 3-4 days to fade out.. some are larger bumps bust most are very small..  i notice that friction is causing most of the problem because there was a point that mostly all the bumps were gone (all on penis were gone, only some on inner thigh remained) so I thought it was safe to masturbate...so i did, and within 24 hours more bumps showed up on my penis... also scratched my pubic region and a group of them showed up within 24 hours in that same exact area... i cant emphasize enough that all of these resemble mosquito bites exactly and every picture I have looked at of herpes does not look anything like this...

I know i need to see a doctor, i will be doing that very soon, im looking for any type of information regarding my situation, antyhing is helpful, thank you!!!!

thank you grace, and if its not an STD then what are some other things it could be? Some sort of skin infection or skin irritation, when it heals im scared to even touch it again becuase of the immediate irritation.. like i said i will be going to see a doctor but i just want as many opinions as i can get first... what could cause something like this if it isnt an STD

yep you guessed it - you need to be seen and get a proper work up done. odds are this isn't a std going on.

no more shaving until the skin has healed either.

you are having unprotected sex with this partner. have you both talked about std's and testing?
