Penis feels like it is leaking

So, I think I am just freaking out and stressed, but this is how the story goes:

I had a my first test of the year two weeks ago and decided to go out on the town with some friends afterwards.  I got the test back the next day, did decent and decided to go out again.  I drank quite a bit both nights.  I know everything went well on the first night, but there are parts that I don't remember- I remember most, but some things not so much.  Anyhow, I was with a good friend of mine and some other friends in a small group and no one was really out.  My friend (he was our DD and only drank minimally) told me that he didn't see me do anything stupid and that he tried to make sure that he saw all of us every few minutes.  He said I only disappeared once, but I KNOW i went to talk on the phone.

The next morning I woke up, took some advil and caffeine for my headache, drank a bottle of water, and then went back to bed.  When I got up for good and sat down at my computer, I noticed that it felt like my penis was leaking urine.  Now that I look back on it, I remember this happening a couple of times when I was nervous (before giving a speech) and once when I took a caffeine pill before taking an exam.  Anyway, I didn't think about that and started freaking out that I did something with someone.  I kept telling myself that it would have been IMPOSSIBLE to do something as we were at the bars and my friend took me home where I was by myself.  Then I asked my friend a dozen times to make sure that i didn't do anything that I was worried I had done, and he said he really didn't think I did.  I still didn't believe him and kept freaking out that I had gotten into something.

The feeling persisted as I thought about it non-stop.  I went to the doctor and told her this, and I don't think she was really paying too much attention.  However, she did stick a q-tip in my penis (hurt like hell) for a chlamydia and gonnorhea test.  The tests came back negative.  She said she didn't suspect herpes because I had no lesions that she saw.

STORY CONT. ON NEXT POST

Thank you so much for your advice.  It is much appreciated.  I will schedule an appt with a urologist.

Many things can cause a slight burning of the urethra. Having herpes in the urethra is very painful and annoying and nothing you'd ever call slight.  Nothing you've mentioned sounds like herpes. it's time to move past std's as a cause and work with an urologist.

Thanks Grace, but what about a slight burning in the urethra...Well it's hard for me to tell if it is really burning or in my head, but it doesn't burn when I urinate, just kind of uncomfortable afterwards and then when I think about it a lot.  I don't know what the deal is.

This doesn't sound like anything remotely due to herpes.

You should follow up on this with an urologist.

It has never hurt to urinate except once when I "thought" it did because I was expecting it.  Today, (13 days later) it hurt a little when I ejaculated, but it hadn't hurt before until now.  I think it was psychological as well as I was doing it to see if it would hurt.

Also, I noticed that when I really try to relax, my pelvic area hurts as if I have been holding my urine for a long period of time.  After working out, i have been getting this weird feeling in my penis- almost like when you go from cold to hot, and when I touch my penis, it is cold.  For some reason I want to say that I have had this feeling before, but I'm not completely sure because I have never really paid this much attention to the feelings that go on down there.

For some background, I am 21 years old.  I just moved to a new house (i just noticed there is mold in the ac vents- don't know if this could cause anything).  I have been REALLY stressed out.  My left eye has been twitching off and on for the past 3 or 4 weeks, and just recently my left arm has had an occassional twitch.  Also, I have not been eating properly- i've had a real decrease in appetite.  I haven't been drinking very much water, and have begun to think that perhaps all these odd penile feelings have been brought on my dehydration?

As far as what I think is wrong, is I think it is all stress.  I think I have been looking for anything to freak out about and finally hit the jackpot and have not left it alone since.  Anyway, sorry for what may seem like a disorganized and random post, but maybe someone here can help me, or maybe I should go to the urology section?
