Is it a strong possibility that I contracted HSV-2?

About 2 months ago, I had a one night stand with a man of unknown status. We did use condoms, but it broke within 2 minutes of beginning intercourse. He noticed and changed it immediately and there was no ejaculation. I was not very arpused during this encounter, so I was not very lubricated. I feel that this was most likely the reason for the condom breaking. As a result of my lack of lubrication, the intercourse was somewhat painful and I did feel him hit my cervix once or twice. The next day I noticed a small amount of dark yellow discharge when I wiped myself. It was not there all day, there was very little, and it had no odor. I read somewhere that this could have been due to my cervix healing from the rough inrercourse, but I am unsure of the accuracy of that statement. About 2 days after the encounter, I woke up with a sore throat. It wasn't extremely painful, but very irritating. I felt the glands on my neck and they were sore to the touch, leading me to believe that my lymph nodes may have been swollen. This threat itritation lasted about 1.5-2 weeks off and on with no other symptoms other than occasional nasal connection. I read somewhere that sore throats and swollen glands could be symptoms of a primary outbreak of genital herpes. I had no unusual itching or burning in my vagina and no other symptoms other than the sore throat. I've recently been tested for HIV and STIs, however this test did not include herpes. Is there a strong possibility that I have the virus?

This encounter was extremley low risk.  Yes, enlarged lymph nodes can be indicative of an outbreak, but they are in tandem with other symptoms. Such as sores or a fever.  I'm confident you can put this in the rearview.
