Does this sound like herpes?

Sorry for posting this in the STDs community but didn't see an option to delete a thread and it belongs here...  I also just read the forum rules, sry for the picture (eventhough it had no genitals) I took it down.

So about 16 days ago I had protected sex with one girl and on Friday (3 days ago) I had unprotected sex with another girl (we've been having sex regularly since October and unprotected sex for over a month now and I think she may or may not be monogamous, but I haven't been).  The second girl is the ONLY girl I do have unprotected sex with.

Anyway, three days ago (Friday) we had long sex where she was on top mostly and about 2 days later (Sunday) I noticed two clusters of what looks like pimples (only one looks like a head so far) on both sides of my pelvis.  This is exactly where her thighs would have been rubbing against me...

I am concerned either she via the skin contact or the other girl gave me something.  From reading, both encounters are in the timeframe for transmission.  The thing is I have no bumps on my penis or scrotum, they are in two clusters spread out the size of a golf ball (slightly below) my belt line and there is no rash, there is a group of 7 on the left and 4 on the right.  They look similar to ingrown pubic hairs but clearly can’t be.

I scheduled an appointment for next week with my doc for some blood tests...  Any thoughts, does this sound familiar?  I google imaged everything I can think of about outbreaks and didn't see anything like what I have...

Thanks,
BT

I  recommend being seen earlier than next week and having your rash looked at at this point.

Of course, but they both said they get tested and are clean, one girl even showed me her HIV results on the day (last friday, about 4 days ago) which I thought was odd...  Her and I have been having unprotected sex since october...

So, what do you think this sounds like?  Really appreciate your input on the situation...

Thanks,
