Does this sound like herpes?

I had protected sex 4 times back in December. Since then, I was diagnosed with a severe yeast infection and UTI. For a few weeks now, I've had random, intermittent stinging feelings that are very mild but come and go around my vulva, mainly in the labia and near ,but not on , the opening of the vagina. I've also had these random chill sensations in my buttocks but they only lasted a day. I have not noticed any sores, blisters, lesions, etc and I'm not burning, itching, or in any sort of pain. Awhile back, before I had sex, I remember having a pimple like bump in my vagina but it has since went away and I haven't had that issue since. I also had some areas beneath my labia that felt tender, not painful, but had no sores or blisters there whatsoever.

I did notice a very teeny tiny "sore" on my vulva between the labia and inner thigh. It was so small I barely noticed it. I'm not sure if it's from shaving or what as I've been shaving recently. It did not hurt and again, it was barely noticeable. No pus or anything. Does this sound anything like herpes or something else?

Also forgot to say I went to planned Parenthood and got a pap. The doctor who performed it said my cervix and private area looked healthy and everything looked fine. They would not test me for herpes but tested me for everything else.
