My Fiancé currently has a cold sore (first outbreak). I have never had a cold sore and have tested negative for both HSV1&2. We haven’t kissed since his outbreak first appeared 5 days ago. He is currently on meds for cold sores that his md gave him. We had unprotected vaginal/penis sex today. We didn’t kiss. Can I still get infected or does his mouth have to touch my mouth or Genital for me to get infected. Please help! Thank you in advance

If his infection is oral only which is most likely the case. The only way you can get it is from receptive oral sex. I would have him get an igg bloodtest. If it comes back positive then he's had oral hsv1 for quite a while
