If the Intercourse was protected then I wouldn't be concerned at all. If the sex was unprotected then the odds are still statistically very low. Less than one in a thousand. That is if he wasn't having an outbreak at the time.
Now more good news. The fact you haven't had a primary outbreak is further evidence you probably have nothing to worry about. Most primary outbreaks happen 3-10 days after exposure. Very rarely can it take up to 20 days. But like I said very rare. All in all the odds were very slim you contracted the virus from you brief single exposure

That's not herpes. You'd know it if you had lesions in the urethra. Extremely painful.
