"First" outbreak.

I know that the first outbreak occurs at the point of contact ie the penis shaft.
my question is that if someone had their first outbreak a few months after unprotected sex (no blisters before this point) would it still be at the point of contact?

Herpes lesions are unlikely to be white bumps first progressing to blisters. Red patch with blisters emerging within is much more typical. White bumps are more likely to be another penile issue.

I'm not a guy or have a penis lol but had a question. When infected do the initial breakout bumps going to be red right away? Or do they gradually get to it. What about small smooth white painless bumps on shaft. Uhh not clustered together maybe 10-15 all together

How long does it take usually for red skin patches to become blisters?

No, it could be anywhere in the genital area by then in theory. Most people experience outbreaks at the nerves around where the virus entered.
