Found no info on Google for this one!

Ok so I was reading and found someone who claimed that they've never had blisters and were tested via igg months after contact and came up negative. To which the doctor told that this may be due to the fact that the virus is inactive and because there was never an outbreak there are no antibodies.

So for this I had to ask- if you're one of the people who are asymptomatic...experience no primary... Is it possible to test negative months later via igg just because you have no primary infection?

If this is incorrect which I feel it is-
Does one build antibodies even during the virus dormant hiding stage?

We can help on the evidence. You do not have herpes or an STD. There are any number of issues that cause your symptoms but you will need medical help to work through them.

What kind of infection could this possibly be? Especially as I have tested negative on everything. The igg was negativr at 6/7 weeks though I want to redo the test

I want to also mention that at this point I am clearing up from a four day sickness that involves swollen lymph nodes sore throat headache and coughing chest condition if I had the virus wouldn't have taken this opportunity to show up in the form of a cold sore buy now.

I'm genuinely concerned because she tested positive and because of my immediate infection in my mouth and because I was also worried about the ingrown hair on my lower shaft I had attempted to pop it and I did notice upon receiving oral sex her saliva created significant burning on contact.. If she had hsv1 would it most likely be present in her saliva and have made its entrance?

Whether this is a result of the sexual activity or not is not relevant in terms of herpes. What is relevant is that herpes does not cause the majority of what you suggest.

A lot of it sounds stress related that is exacerbating some form of infection.

Well I had genital and oral contact on
April 24
This immediately caused an infection in my gumhole where my wisdom tooth has created a pocket and then was having white puss like discharge. oral contact on
may 4 when she began kissing on me again.
may 13 approx two canker sores appear. Upon healing may 21 two more show up one of which was on the cusp of my outer lip.
June 10
This is what tossed me over
I was having penile irritation just below my head and pissing frequently like 40 times a day
June 11 unable to pee much but a deep sting in tip of urethra. This sting lasted over 10 days and made it hard to sleep. Did not hurt to pee though felt better.

Hospital found no bacteria
No white blood cells for infection..no uti.
I also became constipated and didn't **** for 4 days. Then when I did again it was diarrhea and it was accompanied by red blood. All they could say was my nodes were swollen top and bottom. But I also had bright pink headless pimple above and below my lips. Irritation and bright red inflamed look under lip.

I've wanted to chalk it all up to amazing and untimely coincidences...but I've searched and there are almost no real matching possibilities to this? I'm super convinced it's some really atypical hsv1 oral/genital or both outbreak.

I've wanted to believe it was fungal..I've wanted to believe mentally induced.. But my dick pain was real.. My canker sores are recurrent regardless of my strict diet to avoid them and the weirdest is my lips. I have incredible dryness and despite excellent hydration.. Vitamin supplementation and care they won't stay normal. In fact even while appearing well hydrated my bottom lip turns white in contact with liquid and wipes off.

They can have it and they can give it to me.. But I will not be  the sole reason they catch it. I couldn't deal with that.

But you haven't had an outbreak, have you?

Your fear is a bit irrational. Your partner and daughter are probably exposed to HSV1 every day, parents, brothers, sisters, friends, class mates etc; a large proportion of these people have HSV1. How can you protect from that?

No not alot, but enough to concern me that if I get hsv tested negative that I won't feel closure.. Hsv1 is the one I've come in contact with and I want to be sure that neither my daughter or gf have any chance of getting. She tested negative on igg and I am retesting soon to be sure of myself- but i don't want to be a person who takes a 17 week negative as as being free to kiss and love my family and  accidentally spread it

This is more to do with the accuracy of the test, not whether people seroconvert or not.

I don't think you have read very many stories along the lines you suggest.

HSV1 testing picks up about 90% of infections, pretty good but leaves scope for some people to experience what you suggest. The Westernblot picks up in excess of 99% of infections.

HSV2 testing picks up 97-100% of infections. I have not seen a case of a positive PCR swab for HSV2 and then a negative test on here, but there may be a couple at most.

I have also read about people who swab positive and test negative via igg months to a year later. What percentage of people never seroconvert and why?

Also is lack of seroconversiom paired with any other traits like chronic outbreaks or larger ones?

Yes the doctor is wrong. If the virus is present, the immune system reacts. This person is negative for herpes. The word 'latency' is over interpreted. The virus is never in reality 'inactive' it is more kept in balance with low replication levels with this balance disturbed from time to time.
