Generally speaking

If someone used saliva as lubrication to my genital area. I am a female. This meaning basically someone drooling into that area accompanied by maybe 15 seconds of oral sex. If herpes did appear, would they most likely appear in that area? Is it likely that an outbreak would happen on my left thigh instead? I do not mean to be demanding or annoying but can you please answer with as much certainty as is possible.

Hi, the saliva and drooling does not transmit herpes but quite the contrary that saliva contains digestive enzimes that kill things. There needs to be rubbing lip contact to your genital area where is has a lip sore at the time to be at any real risk. And yes the first outbreak would be at point of contact not the thigh area.
