Genital Herpes? Confused

Hello,
20's male, Several months ago I thought I contracted GHSV1 from hand to penis...And was told any symptoms that I was feeling was unrelated to that encounter.., and that my positive  HSV1 is from a long standing oral infection..

I was tested for HSV2 (3) times over a several month span and IGG,HSV2 negative..

A month ago, (10 plus months after when I thought I was infected) I noticed a penal lesion after sex/ masterbation... it did not hurt/ itch .. was a little watery/ scabed over and heals in a week..
Just the other day..Noticed a small brown spot on penis a day after masterbation no pain and no itch.. not raised ...Does this sound like herpes or just from rigorous sex/ mastubation..

My long term female partner ( who is aware of my HSV1 status)has not shown any symptom of an infection from when Ininitialy l thought Icontracted GHSV1 to the day after sex when we noticed the lesion which was a few weeks ago..which was our last sexual interaction...and no symptoms..

Yes, will get a swab/ her tested..

Confused

Any thoughts..

Thank you

Dose any of this sound like it could be herpes... and since my partner and I have be intimate many times after I thought I was exposed  10 plus months ago wouldn't it be more than likely that she would be showing symptoms...and even was intimate the day before the lesions appeared over 3 weeks ago and no symptoms.., just trying to understand...

The latest sore / scab is just about gone after 4 days small red spot where it was...
Thanks
