Risk of contracting herpes.

I slept with this guy with hsv-2 ( I didn't know), unprotected and 3 days later I had chills, night sweats, sore throat, headache and stiff neck. I went to get std test done and i came back positive for gonnerhea instead. They prescribed me antibiotics for the gonnerhea. It's been 2 weeks and I've been having prodrome symptoms for herpes, but I have no lesions, bumps, or sores, so I was wondering what's the possibility of me having herpes

Your symptoms in the absence of lesions is unlikely hsv related. Highly unlikely. You can test at 12 weeks to be sure.
The stats say your risk was roughly 1 in a 1000.
