Groin on fire!

I recently had unprotected sex with a co worker and the next day I begin to freak out because I thought that I might have got something.  It has been 5 days and my scrotum feels like it is on fire along with a sticky, clammy feeling.  I have no other symptoms. I know it has only been 5 days, but could this be herpes.

You need to go and be seen and have this looked at. It's probably fungal but since you had unprotected sex you need to have full std testing done.

To add to my previous post.  The reason I am freaking out so much is because two days ago me and my girlfriend got back together.  Even though we were officially brokeup for a week I feel absolutely terrible that I did it.  We have two kids together and the only thing I can think of right now is my family and what the repercussions could be.  I have not slept in 4 days and work and school have been hard to get though.  I love my family and just want to be happy.  Could I just be getting myself worked up with anxiety and regret.
