HPV Human Papaloma Virus

Last year I had just lost my virginity and had a one night stand (for the first time!) I was then diagnosed with gonorrhea and chlamydia and supposedly HPV. I got the first two cleared up but the HPV was never for sure diagnosed. I had been switching between docs due to insurnce issues, therfore I have never found out if for sure I have it.  I have never had warts or any outbreak but I do have periods of discharge and also irritated skin which burns sometimes when any liquid (urine) gets on it. Should I for sure get fully tested??? I don't know where.... due to the "no insurance" issue that I am having....HELP!

look into a cobra package thats what i've had to do because of the lack of work. you pay a certain amount a month and your insured.

Were you tested for Herpes ? itching and stinging could be Herpes so it's best that you get tested for that too ..... I agree this was a pretty unlucky result of losing your virginity ..... I hope everything works out fine for you but please learn a big lesson from this and ALWAYS use condoms until you are in a safe and monogomous relationship .....

there's no test to tell you specifically that you have hpv. a pap smear will tell you if your skin cells and infected but that doesnt mean for sure you have hpv. you have to find a doctor to do the pap smear. women are supposed to go once a year for it. you really had a bad string of luck there. but hpv doesnt cause itching and discharge so maybe yeast infection or something.
