That would be considered conclusive and no futher testing needed.
Hello Life
Sorry to bother again, was still a bit worried,so had a herpes blood test at 12 weeks after exposure. I guess it's a type non-specific and the results were as follows:
Herpes IgG : 0.48 negative
Herpes IgM: 0.25 negative.
Can I consider this as conclusive or do I have to perform another test at 16 weeks.?
Thanks
Thank you Life360 for calming down my anxiety.
Yes the Doctor is correct.
sorry to bother again, one last question,
Nopes, no visible lip sores at the time of the risk.
By symptoms on the lips, I mean any a visible cold sore. AFAIK, I haven't had any cold sore up till date. Is it possible that I dn't show symptoms or very mild ones that go unnoticed? But according to Dr Hunter Handsfield, most people show symptoms that don't go unnoticed within 10 days after exposure.
Thanks
Yes because if she did not have any lip sores at the time your risk would be close to zero any way.
Thanks a lot for the quick reply.
hmm, Does it make sense that I dn't have hsv1 if there were no symptoms on my lips over 90 days after exposure?
Thanks
