Is it Herpes or any other std?

Less than a week back, I was indulged in an episode of mutual masturbation(with a woman), dry humping and a bit of kissing on the upper body and the face and a little lip kissing. No nipple sucking nor any intimate French kissing. Just mutual masturbation with a condom. No sex. My symptoms today are that i have a swollen area on my inner thigh beside the groin. On the swollen part, is a spot with a whitish yellow head. It's not very itchy and I discovered it today.
I know that Herpes can take up to 2 or even 3 weeks for an outbreak. I am very concerned about this as it wasn't sexual and I have such symptoms in the genital area. Can it be Herpes? Or anything else?
As long as my genitals are  concerned there was only touching there. On the thigs and other parts. Just the hand to genital contact. I am confused about this. Please advice.
Thanks.

You are at absolutely ZERO risk. You did not contract anything from this exposure. You can move forward without concern of any std.

She had her pants on the whole time. She later went topless. For the dry humping, she was on top of me and I remember having my pants on at that time. After that I proceeded to masturbation. Do you see a risk? Please let me know.
I hope that groin thing is nothing more than hair or just pimple related. Thanks for the advice.

Mutual masterbation and the other acts you describe are zero risk for any std. What you describe does not sound like a initial hsv outbreak. Sound more like a pimple or ingrown. You can have it looked at if it worries you. Was the dry humping fully nude or did either of you have any clothes on?
