HSV 2 risk from first time sex ever in life

I had an encounter 15 weeks ago forat time sex in my life. I went for a happy massage in thailand there the lady sat on my nude genitals for about a minute accidentally. Later we had protected vaginal sex just for 30 seconds.

Entire episode lasted for not more than 30 minutes both of us bathed before this episode.

I was terrifed and got hsv 2 test which was around 0.49 which was just 10 days after the exposure.

I am now terrified as this number is so high when comapared to my hsv1 which was 0.07.

I am afraid to get tested again.

This was my first sex ever in my entire life of 27 yrs.


The only symptoms that i ever noticed were skin tear in thigh crease, i spent almost 3 hours in beach water.

Red spot on the penile glans after 3 months. It appeared all of a sudden one night later it totally healed in 3 days without pain or mark.

I had UTI and blood in urine and always pain on the tip of penis while urinating.

Doctor diagnoised me for prostatitis.

I also got hsv 2 igg test done, unfortunatley tests turned out to be positive.

How can a single protected encounter with breif genital contact lead to hsv 2, i never was intimate to anyone before this episode.

Please help me on how to proceed further on this.

I would test at 12 weeks post exposure to be sure. Make sure its an IGG test.very accurate.

If your range falls into the negative then your negative. Im not sure what your now asking.

I tested at right after 10 days of exposure and the number was 0.49 .

I had skin to skin contact and protected sex, do u see any risk so that i have to get tested again??.

I would be completing 16 weeks.

I have heard of high negatives as my number was 0.49 higher than 0.2  normal negative ranges in one of the forums.

Would you recommend me to get tested in the absense of lesions or ulcers on genitals.

No. I wouldn't and the negative numbers mean nothing. There will be a small deviation in every test

Your risk was very small. Don't worry about your negative hsv2 number being higher than hsv1. All tests have deviation.

What about my symptom of red 2mm spot on penile glans. And my risk if she is having active outbreak.
