please help! blisters on bottom lip

Is it likely to have your first herpes outbreak 40 days after a possible exposure? Ive been checking my lips regularly and up until the 40th day of exposure was completely clear. I now have had little bumps on the inside of my bottom lip with 1 or 2 small clear blisters that dont spread or anything when popped. I currently have strep throat and have been taking penecillin I just want to make sure I dont need to worry about herpes? they do not crust over and are only on the inside of my bottom lip. please help with any advice. thanks!

I don't think it is herpes at all...

im also thinking that the blisters are either the strep itself or possibly a side effect of the penicillin?
